Ken is a native of Cleveland Ohio. He received a B.S. degree in Business from Knoxville College in Knoxville, TN and currently has a career in financial services. Ken is also a financial member of the Phi Kappa Kappa chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

BRIEF HISTORY
NMP Information Services brings to you an online directory called NMP Business Pages for East Tennessee, West Atlanta and Nationwide, and for Kid Entrepreneurs. Our mission is to bring together communities nationwide who share a common interest in wanting to expand their business, wanting to network, and also want to locate resources to include news, events, employment, education, shopping, youth resources, advice from experts and so much more! The business venture began in 1999 by Jacquelyn Moore as the Knoxville Black Pages with only a desk, the names of about 30 black owned businesses in Knoxville, a very much appreciated out dated computer and enough money for city and county business licenses, a concept, and a briefly written business plan. The business expanded to Black Pages East TN and that name was recently changed to futher expand the companies mission.
Ken and Jacquelyn Payne are the owners of The NMP Information Services and have over 18,000 email club members nationwide. Listen out more more information about the 2010 10th Anniversary Celebration!

Jackie is a native of Knoxville, TN. She received a B.S. degree in Home Economics with a major in Child and Family Studies from the University of TN Knoxville. She soley runs and operates NMP Information Services and has been very involved in may community projects over the years. Jackie is also a financial member of the DCP Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
